Sandra (Sam) Andersen has more than 18 years’ experience in the finance sector and 10 years’ experience as an executive in the technology and health services industries. She is an experienced executive and non-executive director in the listed, unlisted and government sectors. Ms Andersen is a non-executive director of Australian Hearing Services,Chisholm Institute of TAFE, and Agriculture Victoria Services. She is also chair of the Australian Packaging Covenant Board, chair of the Audit & Risk Management Committee of the Department of Premier & Cabinet Victoria, and a Trustee and chair of the Finance and Audit Committee of the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Trust. Ms Andersen was the managing director of Eyecare Partners and former chief financial officer of listed technology companies. She has a Bachelor of Laws and is a Certified Practicing Accountant. Ms Andersen is a fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is also a director of Eastwoods Group and Eastwoods Wealth Management.
