Russell Morley is well-versed in all business matters, from advising clients on the sale and purchase of a business through to succession planning for a business and its key individuals. Mr Morley’s knowledge extends to complex trust restructuring and reviews, shareholder agreements, succession planning and estate planning. He is also an experienced intellectual property lawyer. Mr Morley worked with clients in industries as diverse as engineering, direct sales, liquor and hospitality, industrial and commercial manufacturing, computer software and franchise systems. He has acted for clients to protect and commercialise their intellectual property in technology and licensing matters, and regularly advises on the Australian Consumer Law. Mr Morley has a keen interest in technology and holds a degree in Computer Science (Internet Computing). He is particularly interested in the online environment and the interaction with traditional laws.
