Russel Perry

Russel Perry has over 20 years of experience in the property industry in Western Australia. Mr Perry was the former chief executive officer of the Capricorn Village Joint Venture, developers of Capricorn at Yanchep and winner of the UDIA National Award for Excellence as Best Residential Development in Australia. His previous roles also include General Manager of LWP Property Group. Mr Perry holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) and a PhD in Soil Science from the University of Western Australia and in 2012 was made a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) for services to the community of Western Australia as a leader in urban design, through contributions to the sport of Rugby Union and to the education and training sector.
