Rubini Ventouras has over 20 years of international experience within the legal and commercial sectors.
Ms Ventouras has been the general counsel of Kerry Stokes' Australian Capital Equity since August 2018. Prior to that, she was the general counsel and company secretary of BCI Minerals, group executive of legal affairs Asia Pacific at Newmont Asia Pacific for over 9 years including as a director of the Newmont Australia group of companies, and a senior associate at Freehills which included a role as foreign counsel at Indonesian law firm Soemadipradja & Taher.
Ms Ventouras was appointed a Trustee of the WA Museum in July 2012 and is a member of the WA Museum’s audit and finance committee. She was also appointed to the board of Lotterywest in June 2021.
Ms Ventouras holds a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and is admitted to practice law in Western Australia and the High Court of Australia.
