Rosalyn Reed

Rosalyn Reed has extensive experience in organisational design, leadership development and human resource management. Prior to joining Nous Group in April 2019, Ms Reed held senior roles with boutique management consultancies in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney. She was also a behavioural safety facilitator to mining sector leaders and conducted one-to-one psychological assessments. Ms Reed holds a Bachelor of Psychology with first-class honours and a Master in Applied Organisational Psychology. As part of her studies, she undertook extensive research into the impacts of sleep and circadian rhythms on performance. Ms Reed has spoken at conferences on issues including gender equity in the workplace and employee fatigue.
