Ron Douglas

Prior to joining Ausenco in 2015, Ron Douglas was global head of projects and technology at Orica, executive general manager of projects and studies for Newcrest, chief executive of Australian Solomons Gold, managing director of Anglesey Aluminum Metal (part of Rio Tinto), and general manager of Rio Tinto where he led the Comalco Aluminum Refinery and Port Waratah Coal Terminal projects. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
