Rohan Barraclough founded Ironstate Capital Partners  in 2024. Mr Barraclough is an experienced Australian commercial real estate private credit investment manager. He led the real estate debt strategy at family office and private investment group, Marshall Investments, and was later an investment director at non-bank lender, PrivateInvest. Prior to this, Mr Barraclough worked in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Juris Doctor from The University of Melbourne.
