Roger Wilkinson

Roger Wilkinson was the chair and chief executive of Willis Australasia. He was previously the managing director of Asia for Willis International, a position he held since joining Willis in 2005. Mr Wilkinson has been involved in servicing many major corporations throughout the Asia Pacific. He has assisted in the development of integrated risk management plans for many organisations. Additionally, he has been involved in negotiations and settlements of a number of very large insurance claims. Prior to joining Willis, Mr Wilkinson served at Marsh where he was chair and chief executive of Greater China (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, Philippines and Guam). Prior to that, he was chief executive of the Asian region. Mr Wilkinson is a New Zealander and began his career with Marsh in New Zealand in 1973. He is a senior associate of the Insurance Institute of Australia and New Zealand as well as a Fellow of the Corporation of Insurance Brokers in New Zealand.
