Roger Casey
Roger has been working in both the advisory and private equity businesses of Gresham and is currently Deputy Chairman of Gresham Private Equity having previously been Head of Corporate Finance of Gresham Partners. He is a chartered accountant with extensive investment banking experience and has worked with Turnbull & Partners and ABN Amro where he was Head of M&A.
Some of Roger’s notable transactions include advising Wesfarmers on the acquisition of Bunnings and the establishment of the Bunnings Warehouse Property Trust, advising Boral on its Asian expansion initiatives and advising Pacific Solar on its capital raising from Eurosolare. He has also represented Gresham Private Equity as a board member across a variety of investments, from later stage management buyouts to earlier stage expansion capital.
