Rod Dilley
Dr Rodney Dilley is a research scientist who leads the investigations basic research (cellular and molecular otolaryngology) at Ear Science Institute Australia. His research ranges from tissue engineering with stem cells and novel scaffolds for reconstructive surgery through to the role of cardiovascular disease in hearing loss. Dr Dilley holds a PhD from the University of WA and has worked in Seattle, San Diego and Melbourne before returning to Western Australia in September 2011 to work at Ear Science Institute. He has research experience in surgery and cell biology, as well as technology commercialisation and successful grant funding from national government and philanthropic sources.
