Robyn Ferguson commenced with Burgess Rawson in early 2011 and has over 10 years of experience in providing property management services locally and internationally, across a variety of sectors within the industry, specialising in retail and commercial office management. Prior to Burgess Rawson, Ms Ferguson was with Jones Lang LaSalle in Perth and London. Her overseas experience was within the investment property management team for institutional client Scottish Widows on their mixed-use Lloyds TSB portfolio. Whilst in Perth, she managed a predominately commercial office portfolio with the bulk of the property located in West Perth and Subiaco. Ms Ferguson's diverse working experiences and Bachelor of Commerce degree provide her with a broad analytical skillset in negotiating often difficult matters, completing detailed financial reporting, and researching & resolving many complex issues. She also has sound knowledge of the Commercial Tenancy (Retail Shops) Agreement Act 1985.
