Robert Ray is chief executive of Shermac, a family-owned custom vehicle manufacturer in Dalwallinu. A third-generation farmer, Mr Ray and his family started Shermac in 2002 and got out of farming in 2006 when the business grew large enough. He is one of seven family members working in the business.
