Robert Farley was the acting director of planning and development at the City of Perth in December 2018. He joined the City of Perth in 2011 as manager of sustainable city development and became manager of city planning in July 2015. Mr Farley first joined the City of Perth in August 2005 since arriving from England, and also spent over a year at the City of Joondalup.
