Rita Trehan

Rita Trehan has more than 30 years of experience in business and HR transformation. She was the chief human resources officer for AES Corporation where she led HR, safety, performance improvement and internal communications. She established her own consulting business in 2012, supporting companies undergoing large scale transformation and culture changes. Ms Trehan joined AGL Energy's executive team in October 2017, and has been working with AGL for more than 2 years in an advisory capacity to assist with its culture and business transformation programs.
