Richard Loveridge

Richard Loveridge was a partner in the corporate group of Herbert Smith Freehills for more than 20 years, and was managing partner of their national corporate group for 5 years.
Mr Loveridge's experience includes capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, company reorganisations, and corporate head office and advisory matters.
He was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 1988. Mr Loveridge is also a council member of Scotch College in Melbourne, and a director of Diabetes Victoria.
