Mr Lee's previous senior executive roles include 16 years with CSR and 9 years as chief executive of NM Rothschild Australia. He is also a director of Newcrest Mining and former chair of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Mr Lee was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia in 2015 for services to business, commerce, sport and charity.
