Originally from Birmingham, England, Richard Earl commenced professional life as a software developer in the UK working for various financial institutions before moving to Australia in 1991. In 1995, he founded technology recruitment specialist Talent International in Perth before relocating to Sydney in 2000. Talent International is now spread across APAC, EMEA, and North America. Talent International has a "Talent Unleashed Awards” program which recognises and rewards great start ups and visionary organisations and leaders across Australia, New Zealand, UK and Asia, and regularly had Sir Richard Branson and Steve Wozniak on the judging panel along with a number of other inspirational world business leaders.
