Ric Burrato has more than 45 years of contracting experience in the resources and infrastructure sectors. He also has extensive leadership and management experience in engineering, mining and construction across a
wide range of disciplines including earthworks, marine, civil, structural, mechanical and piping construction, maintenance and shutdown execution.
He has held numerous senior executive positions for leading Australian construction and mining companies including as national executive general manager for construction at Thiess and as chief operating officer of Macmahon. Prior to his employment at NRW in 2017, Mr Burrato was chief executive of Decmil’s civil & engineering business for 2 years.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) from the University of Adelaide and is a Fellow of Engineers Australia.
