Ray Cook is a project director, team leader, and business manager in traffic/safety and transportation planning. He has over 25 years of international experience in Australia, New Zealand, Middle East, Asia and United Kingdom, with both local government and consultants. Mr Cook leads Cardno’s expanding transportation team, based in Perth, and has quadrupled its size over the last 6 years and greatly expanded its client portfolio. The team is part of Cardno’s traffic and transportation group of over 100 experienced professionals. Cardno has over 6000 employees and is a leading Australian and International Consultancy providing a “one-stop” shop of professional services. Mr Cook is an appointed expert advisor of the WA Road Safety Commission and an executive committee member of IPWEA. His team specialises in sustainable transportation solutions, road safety, parking demand, traffic impact studies and transportation modelling and economics.
