Rachel Pachacz

Rachel Pachacz graduated from the University of Melbourne and RMIT University with a Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor. She has experience in commercial litigation and building disputes. Prior to joining Nova Legal, Ms Pachacz practised with a litigation firm in Melbourne and a construction law firm in Perth. In Western Australia, she has acted in matters before the Supreme Court, District Court, Magistrates Court, State Administrative Tribunal and in arbitration. In Victoria, Ms Pachacz acted in matters before the County Court, Federal Circuit Court of Australia, Family Court of Australia, Magistrates Court and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
