Rachael Falk

Rachael Falk has a strong commercial and cybersecurity background having practiced as a lawyer for 15 years in leading law firms and also in-house at Telstra Corporation where she became Telstra’s first general manager of cyber influence.

Ms Falk is also a cybersecurity consultant and co-author of the ‘Five Knows of Cyber Security’. She has a keen interest in legal and policy issues surrounding cybersecurity.

Ms Falk holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Australian National University, a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Technology in Sydney, and an Advanced Masters in National Security Policy (Honours) from the National Security College.
