Phillip Gnech

Phillip Gnech has over 20 years of experience in the built-form property development sector.

Mr Gnech was the development director of Georgiou Capital, where he was responsible for implementing the company’s multi-unit residential business strategy and overseeing the delivery of apartment, mixed-use and commercial projects. His two decades in the industry have seen him employed in roles with a number of privately-owned property companies, including Pindan, and a position with ASX-listed integrated real estate group Mirvac where he was responsible for numerous high-profile projects including Beachside Leighton and The Peninsula at Burswood.
