Philip Saxton has been involved in the automotive industry for over 28 years, beginning with an apprenticeship in an all makes and model workshop. He went on to achieve an Advanced Trade Certificate and then moved to a local Toyota dealership in the role of After-Sales Operation Manager. From there, he pursued his dream of setting up and running his own business. Mr Saxton is the owner and operator of two automotive workshops in the Wellington region, New Zealand. He is a Member of the New Zealand MTA and former president of the MTA Wellington. For 12 years, Mr Saxton has been involved in several voluntary community organisations and is the president of the Boulcott Preservation Society, a not-for-profit organisation aimed to retain the character of the region.
