Philip Keays has extensive experience in insurance litigation especially in the areas of professional indemnity, product liability and public liability. He is a strong proponent of alternative dispute resolution. Mr Keays has well developed negotiation skills, and routinely attends mediation and settlement conferences on behalf of his clients. He has excellent industry knowledge and is an active member of relevant industry and professional bodies. Mr Keays was a committee member of the Law Society’s Courts Committee and Professional Liability Committee.
