Phil Mackney

Phil Mackney has a medical background and extensive management experience. He joined Regis Aged Care in 2009 as operations manager and has responsibilities for Victoria, South Australia & Western Australia. Prior to Regis, Mr Mackney held general management and operations management roles in the Australian Defence Force of Queensland, and in the hospitality and security sectors.
