Phil Clark is a co-owner of Fins Seafood, a commercial fisher, processor, seafood retailer and diner based in Perth's southern suburbs. In 2026 he was selected to chair the Fish For All group, which is lobbying to have the state's ban on commercial demersal fishing in the west coast bioregion overturned.
