Peter Possemiers is a TIC sector expert with almost 40 years of experience as a senior executive in leadership roles globally for SGS.

Mr Possemiers joined SGS in May 1983. As executive vice president, he was a member of the SGS operations council with responsibility for the strategic growth and profitability of the business and in leading 15 strategic acquisitions. In 2007, he was promoted to a role in Europe to manage the downstream OG&C business becoming the global market leader in this sector. In 2013 Mr Possemiers was promoted to executive vice president of global environment, health & safety - a position based in Switzerland - which he held for 8 years before becoming vice president of strategic integration from January 2021 to November 2022.
