Mr Hildebrandt has been working with B2B and enterprise clients offering products, systems, software and services via both direct and partner channels. He has exposure to large international corporations, SME, membership driven organisations, and two Australian start-ups and had responsibilities at global level with assignments in Europe, the United States, Mexico, Australia and China for Robert Bosch, Volkswagen, and Drager. Mr Hildebrandt's experiences include the translation of corporate and business strategy, leading complex sales cycles, purchasing and supply chain management, M&A, business model generation, go-to-market strategies, change management, restructuring, re-engineering and productivity improvements, as well as leadership and mentoring.
