General Manager, Asset Development & Strategy / Mid West Ports Authority

Peter Duplex joined Mid West Ports Authority (MWPA) in 1998 as a port engineer and has assisted and led the delivery of major projects, port operations and strategic planning before being offered a position on the executive team in early 2019 as general manager of asset development & strategy. Prior to MWPA, Mr Duplex was involved with major global projects including the fitout of the Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur, and the town and mine site development of Kuala Kencana in Indonesia.

Mr Duplex holds a Masters in Business Administration, Graduate Diploma of Management, Graduate Diploma in Municipal Engineering, and a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
