Peter Borden

Peter Borden joined Ventia in 2016 from Downer EDI where he held several roles including as executive general manager of commercial and risk (infrastructure division), group deputy chief operating officer and chief executive (rail division). Prior to that, he was the finance manager of operations for McConnell Dowell. Mr Borden holds degrees in economics, law and business administration. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand, a member of the Institute of Company Directors, and has completed the Columbia Business School Senior Executive Program in New York.
