Penny Jones
Director, Human Resources / L3Harris Technologies
Penny Jones joined L3 Oceania in July 2006 and is the director of human resources. Prior to that, she was the Pacific human resources manager for Honeywell Process Solutions where she was responsible for the human resources function across Australia and New Zealand. Ms Jones has over 10 years of experience in the mining and engineering sectors. She holds a Masters in Human Resources Management and is a member of the Defence Industry Skills Taskforce (DIST).
