Paul Rayner

Paul Rayner spent seven years at the Mental Health services in Psychiatric Nursing and was the dux of his training cohort. He later served as a high school teacher and upper school coordinator, being recognised by the school community and nominated by them, for the inaugural Beasley Award for Excellence in Education. Mr Rayner has been in the real estate industry since 1987 and continues in his teaching role, holding weekly training and coaching meetings with his staff and educational seminars open to the public. He was director and chair of Professionals Group, and also served for a number of years as the groups training provider, designing and delivering a world class training curriculum. He has also trained future Agency Principals through TAFE and has spoken at conferences in both Australia and overseas.
