Mr Mac specialises in commercial litigation, restructuring and insolvency law. He has advised insolvency practitioners in Western Australia with respect to all forms of external administration, recovery of voidable transactions, corporate restructuring, schemes of arrangement and deeds of company arrangement. Mr Mac has also advised on bank related transactions, securities reviews, and complex external administration disputes. He has had major roles in numerous high profile litigation, corporate and insolvency matters including large-scale complex litigation, class actions, local and international arbitrations, and commercial & contractual disputes in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and Federal Court of Australia.
