Paul Gribble is an experienced legal practitioner specialising in contract, property, infrastructure, maritime, regulatory, commercial transaction and competition law. Before joining LSV Borrello Lawyers in February 2018, Mr Gribble had a career spanning over 25 years with Clayton Utz. He has particular expertise and experience with ports and harbours, maritime and sea ventures, shipping, onshore and offshore logistics, road and rail operations, maritime and transport industry infrastructure projects, dredging, pipelines, stevedoring, towage, pilotage, bulk handling, warehousing, supply bases, fuel supply and storage, traffic structuring, capital and cost recovery models, price review mechanisms, performance bonus and liability regimes. He also has extensive experience with vessel construction, complex leasing, licencing and property development projects as well as transport industry asset sales, acquisitions, due diligence and statutory interpretation. Mr Gribble handled over 2000 port, rail, logistics and shipping related matters covering a wide range of corporate, commercial, regulatory and operational issues across all states in Australia where he was involved in structuring, negotiation and advising on some of the largest port infrastructure, terminal management, marine service and logistics contracts that have been entered into in Australia in recent years.
