Paul Blackman was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 1980. He has extensive experience in all types of litigation.

For more than 30 years, Mr Blackman has practised in general commercial litigation including contract, tort and trade practices litigation. He also practices Corporations Act litigation, regulatory and competition litigation and mining and petroleum litigation. Mr Blackman has particular expertise in the resources sector, and has conducted major litigation for public companies.

He was a partner of Clayton Utz from 1981 until 2002 when he joined Tottle Partners.

In the 2016 and 2017 Doyle’s Guide, Mr Blackman was identified by clients and peers as a recommended litigation and dispute resolution lawyer in Western Australia.
