Patrick Tydde

Patrick Tydde has extensive litigation experience internationally and across Australia. He has practised in Perth, Melbourne and London.

Mr Tydde appears in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the Federal Court of Australia, and has a particular focus on disputes concerning all aspects of corporate and commercial disputes, particularly in the mining, resources and construction industry. He acts for clients in relation to regulatory investigations and related disputes, and in general contractual, commercial, insolvency and enforcement matters.
