Paolo Testi

Paolo Testi a broad background in commercial law, including experience in handling a variety of property, finance, leasing and general commercial matters. Mr Testi is a graduate of the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours). He was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2010. Mr Testi is very experienced in leasing and licensing transactions for commercial, retail and shopping centre properties. He is also experienced in property development work, particularly large and small multi-lot subdivisions and off-the-plan sales and purchases of residential and commercial land. Mr Testi also has an indepth and practical understanding of the personal properties securities regime and has previously worked on various complex duties matters.
