Pam Richards

Pam Richards holds degrees in Business Management and has worked in improving business function and, in particular, increasing awareness of the need for diversity within organisations to maximise performance. She headed up the Diversity Council and received the Chairman’s Award for commencing the Women’s Network for the Chevron Australasian Business Unit. Her interest and passion for diversity and equality for women was carried on through her involvement with Soroptimist International South Perth as treasurer and subsequently as president.
