Padraic Mellett

Padraic Mellett is an automated offsite construction entrepreneur with a building, finance and economics background; and over 24 years of experience mostly in factory-built multi-storey structures.

Mr Mellett has a passion for energy efficient, affordable, program and precision performance closed-panel construction manufactured using robotics. He works with timber, steel, fibre cement & concrete.

In 2009, Mr Mellett founded OFFSITE which employs Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) & German construction robotics to manufacture low carbon Australian homes, townhouses & apartments in Perth, Western Australia.
