Nirupa Manoharan is a special counsel in Mills Oakley's Perth office, working in the areas of commercial disputes & insolvency. She has particular expertise in corporate insolvency and restructuring as well as non-litigious insolvency work. Ms Manoharan has a variety of experience from the high level advising she has done on a number of pre-insolvency advisory engagements, receiverships, voluntary administrations, deeds of company arrangements, restructurings and liquidations. She has acted for financiers, directors, suppliers and insolvency practitioners on a range of insolvency matters in a range of sectors and industries. Ms Manoharan has previously worked in the areas of restructuring and insolvency at international law firms in Australia and England, and is admitted to practice in Australia, England & Wales.
