He was the general manager of Titan Recruitment and was involved in all operational and strategic aspects of the business as well as finance, payroll, marketing, re-branding, internal recruitment, HR, commercial contracts and day-to-day management. Prior to that, Mr Richards was a founder director of executive-i.com in 2005, the executive jobs search network & career service for senior and director level professionals throughout the UK.
