Nicola Jansen

Nicola Jansen graduated from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce in early 2010, was admitted as a lawyer in 2011 and has practised exclusively in family law ever since. In 2017 Ms Jansen completed family law accreditation exams, making her one of only approximately 70 practitioners in Western Australia recognised by the Law Societies in all states as having specialist knowledge in family law. Ms Jansen regularly appears in Family Court, experienced in all aspects including divorce, simple and complex property settlements, child support and parenting disputes. She is the Vice President of the Family Law Practitioners Association and serves on several committees.
