Nick Marsh

Nick Marsh began his executive search practice in Singapore in 2000 after 10 years pioneering sales of engineered steel solutions for British Steel across Asia from bases in Hong Kong, Singapore and Manila. Nick went on to lead Boyden’s Commercial / Industrial practice in Singapore for 8 years before moving to Australia and joining Lester Blades. Over 16 years Nick has partnered with multinational and growth phase organizations to secure key executives for Asia Pacific from a global talent pool, successfully concluding searches up to CEO and functional leadership roles.
