Nicholas Volk

Nicholas is a sales associate within the CBRE Capital Markets team based in Perth, WA. He is responsible for undertaking the disposal of commercial property assets, specialising in the office sector. He was previously head of research for the CBRE WA business, responsible for the analysis and delivery of macroeconomic, financial and property data and publications across the major asset classes including office, industrial, and retail, placing specific emphasis on the capital markets side of the real estate industry.
