Nicholas Mansfield

Nicholas Mansfield acts for clients in a wide range of corporate and commercial disputes including Corporations Act matters, mining and resources, debt recovery, insolvency, local government matters, and general contractual disputes.

He has also acted for a variety of clients including Australian listed companies, overseas companies, private companies, administrators, liquidators, local governments and individuals.

Mr Mansfield has experience in the Supreme, District and Magistrates Court of Western Australia, the Wardens Court, the Federal Circuit Court and the Federal Court of Australia.
