Nicholas Creed has been a partner of Thomson Geer's national banking and finance team since March 2023.

Prior to Thomson Geer, he spent over 6 years as a partner of Allens' banking & finance team, and over 14 years with King & Wood Mallesons where he was head of its banking and financial services team in Perth.

Mr Creed assists clients in the financing of resources, oil and gas and infrastructure projects, telecommunications, property and general corporate finance, corporate treasury activities, public & private partnerships, and complex cross-border financings. He has particular experience in acting for Chinese banks and their borrowers.
