Nicholas Chapple
Nicholas Chapple became the director of food and beverage at The Westin Perth in May 2019. Mr Chapple has over 18 years of experience working in hotels within Australia and overseas. Prior to joining The Westin Perth, he was the food & beverage manager at Sofitel Gold Coast, director of food & beverage at the Grand Mercure in Beijing Dongcheng where he assisted in the pre-opening of the hotel, and was with Westin Sydney in July 2012 where he started out as assistant banquet manager before being promoted to banquet manager the following year.
