Nia Lumley was admitted to practice in England and Wales in April 2000 where she worked predominantly as a family lawyer. She is a fluent Welsh speaker and was admitted in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in May 2015. Ms Lumley offers advice and assistance in relation to the review and preparation of wills, enduring powers of attorney, enduring powers of guardianship, and advance health directives. She can also advise on binding death benefit nominations in relation to self-managed superannuation funds.
