Ngee Tong Low is a qualified mechanical engineer, having graduated from the National University of Singapore.
Mr Low has over 25 years' experience in the steel, ferro alloy and building materials industries in Asia. That experience was gained with Chiyoda, a global Japanese civil engineering group, Intraco, Intraco Resources, and C Itoh, a significant Japanese metals trading house.
Mr Low has also demonstrated an excellent network for marketing in China.
He has been chief executive of ASX-listed OM Holdings since its incorporation and subsequent listing in 1998. In October 2008, Mr. Low became executive chair of OMH. Mr Low's business relationships and reputation with several large multinational corporations in Asia have enabled OM Holdings to successfully establish its profitable operations based in Singapore and extending to China and Australia.
