Neil Stanbury

Neil Stanbury is a director of one of Western Australia's most dynamic corporate communications portfolios which includes the State's highest profile and busiest media liaison unit, social media, large marketing campaigns, internal communications and crisis communications. He is also Western Australia's State Emergency Public Information Coordinator during major emergencies. Mr Stanbury is a Churchill Fellow 2007, Commander of Public Information for WA Police' security operation at CHOGM 2011, member and former capability sub-group chair of Australia New Zealand Counter-Terrorism Committee, and State Emergency Public Information Coordinator of Western Australia. Mr Stanbury has extensive experience in issues management, strategic communications, crisis and emergency communications, marketing, public relations, stakeholder relations, advertising, and social media. He led WA Police's involvement in numerous and innovative television series including Seven Network's The Force, Ten Network's Wanted, Foxtel's Kalgoorlie Cops and overseas productions such as ITV's Police Academy UK.
